The Project Guide

Most of the concepts discussed in the Project Guide are familiar to me if not in detail certainty as and overview

Probably the least familiar concept is that of reporting

Shall report back after completion of all steps in the Project Guide

Completed Session One today -

One of the problems I see with the OHS documentation is that it tends to focus on medium to large organisations and tends to over look the many small businesses with small numbers of employees and less structured management/organisational structures that still need to develop OHS documentation and policy

TAAENV 403A - Toolbox Project Commenced

Started working through Toolbox Project today

Have arranged meeting with workplace facilitator to commence Assessment 2 activities

Moving ahead with a little more confidence

1. Thursday 15 April - Course material Arrived in mail - had tentative look at all learning material
2. Tuesday 20 April - Posted off application for recognition
3. Thursday 29 April - Received email re PL - not approved
4. Saturday 01 May - Applied for Wikispace username and password - Commenced reading resources for TAAENV403A - Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment
5. Wednesday 04 May - Rang OTEN re clarification of Assessment Events 1 & 2 - LM

7. Wednesday 04 May - Spoke to facilitator - must use a real workplace for the assessment tasks - but only the learning environment

First Tentative Steps

1. Friday 02 April - Confirmation of course received - Logged onto OLS website and had a good look around ( http://www.oten.edu.au/ols )
2. Saturday 03 April - Downloaded all assesment informantion - accessed learning material for unit - BSBLED401A (Develop Teams and Individuals)
3. Sunday o4 April - Completed all readings and research for BSBLED401A - Commenced Assessement
4. Tuesday 06 April - Completed Assessment for BSBLED401A - Commenced Documentation for PL Application
